I used to marvel in the beautiful colourful changing light show as well as the stillness that seem to come from it. And, I think this is like love, it is being in that moment and appreciate the beauty and the essence of all things and beings. It is to see the light of essence and truly soaking up every molecule of energy and receiving or giving of the pure joy of energy unconditionally. Thanks for a great post Juan.
