I finally decided to publish this, as with any of my personal “unexplained” experiences, I tend to shy away from going public with them. In March this year (2018), while visiting my then sick mother in Mauritius, I took a trip to the Energy Vortex in Riambel. This location was a novelty for me, as someone discovered that Energy Vortex after my last visit there. Early morning at precisely 8:30, after about a forty-five-minute drive, we arrived there. We were the first visitors of the day, which was well suited, as I intended to do some healing there for one person in our party. We looked around and did the suggested ritual (more on that in a different article) and then proceeded to the actual Vortex.

I strolled around the area and picked a place next to the only tree within the perimeter surrounding the Vortex. I sat on a piece of log used as a bench and started to meditate. I was immediately able to quieten my mind, which is unusual for me, and within minutes went into a deep meditative state. After a moment suspended in time – I don’t know how long – I opened my eyes. It was pouring down with rain, one of those tropical summer rain showers. Everything around me was drenched but, to my amazement, I was completely dry. It took me a few seconds to register the fact that it was raining at the time. In that moment of realization, I dashed to the nearest shelter about three meters away, and by the time I got there, I was soaked wet.

Imagination or the Universe calling card

As I sat there waiting for the rain to stop and looked at my previous location, I started to realize what had just happened. In my rational mind, I began to look at all possible explanations around how while sitting outside, I did not get wet. Within a minute or so, after my dash, the rain stopped. Now things were getting more peculiar. Judging by the wetness around, it must have rained for at least five minutes before I took shelter. That meant, for at least four minutes while I was meditating, it must have been raining. However, I was not wet. I looked at the tree, at the area where I was sitting. The tree could not have provided such shelter, as after I left my makeshift bench, the log was wet.

Well, as far as rationally explaining this experience – I was at a loss. Then, as a “seeker”, I reminded myself that I did not need an explanation. I realized that the universe had something to do with it, and I just had to trust and look out for what came next. This experience is my second one that cannot be explained rationally, at least not at this time with our limited understanding and at the current mass consciousness level of humanity. During my first experience, a healing modality came to my awareness. The gift in this one is yet to be determined, and maybe there is none. Does it really matter? I am still in awe even now when writing this almost five months after. That could be the gift in itself.

Joy, but no picture

Going back to that day at the Energy Vortex, we regrouped after the rain. I proceeded to perform one healing using the modality that I mentioned earlier. It was a wonderful healing – one of those with instantaneous results. That person was so happy and relieved that we decided to leave immediately to have lunch at a nearby beach. In all the excitement, I had forgotten to take any pictures of the Energy Vortex site. Way to go, universe. An excellent excuse to come back. As we were getting in the car, a visitor asked us for the time. It was 11:45. Boy! did time fly that morning.

Well, half an hour looking around, about forty-five minutes to an hour doing healing work, then more than an hour meditating, really, never done that before. Anyway, who is counting… when miracles happen?

In 1915 Albert Einstein published his theories of relativity and Geodetic effect. His publication brought the phenomenon coined space and time continuum to human awareness. Since then, the subject has been at the forefront of many academic debates to be either endorsed or disavowed. Einstein’s Geodetic effect was confirmed in 2005 when NASA satellite Gravity Probe B sends data to validate it. Einstein’s theory states that an object in the universe, such as a planet, will warp the fabric of space and time. When he formulated his theory, he conceptualized it at the speed of light. However, in more recent experiments, it shows that even at low velocity but at varying altitude time is warped. The results were measured in Nano-Second, and do not have any substantial effect on our lives. Nevertheless, those experiments provided empirical proof that “time warp” is possible.

“For now, according to physicists, humans are not bouncing in time yet.”

In articles written by Professor S.W.Hawking, including in one of his lectures, he stated that based on current understanding, and theories rapid space-travel, or travel back in time, can’t be ruled out. Even though no one can formulate a practical way to time travel yet, it is currently under study.

While doing some research before this writing, I came across an article written by Dale Power. In the article, he explained how, when doing teleportation experiments, from September to November 2004, he noticed some variation in the clock within his proximity and the other ones in the building. He was able to refine his technique in a way that he could change the time when traveling. In the article, he also gives specific instructions on how to warp time.

Can a bust of Energy during meditation change the linear time of our reality?

So what does time travel and Einstein have to do with Energy healing? Nothing and everything. Let me explain. I had a “very exceptional ” experience a couple of days ago. I have given it a lot of thought as to whether or not to share it. After sharing my experience with another person and noticed his reaction, I decided to share it with the general public.

Being an Energy healing practitioner, I often meditate. Sometimes I meditate in a hot bath. A few days ago, I decided to take a bath in the morning. I usually take my bath in the evening. It was 10:30 by a couple of numeric digital clocks in the house. I ran my bath, got in, and start relaxing. After a few minutes, I started meditating, inspired by the moment. It was very profound. During the meditation, I felt lots of energy flowing, and I even got the inspiration for a new Energy Healing process. When I came back to the present moment, the bathwater was lukewarm. From that observation, I knew that I have been in the tub for a long time. Imagine my surprise when getting into the bedroom, the clock was showing 10:40. I quickly checked the time on the other clocks around the house. They were all showing 10:40. I definitively could not have been in the

bath for only 10 minutes base on the water temperature. I would have had to be in a subzero environment to experience such a rapid drop in the water temperature.

My mind was racing, trying to find all sorts of possible answers to rationalize this experience to no avail. There was only one possible explanation I concluded. I was able to, unconsciously, warp time during my meditation. The universe has given me a glyph of my infinite potential.

Would I be able to experience this again?

I do not know.

What I do know. IT IS POSSIBLE.

It so humbling when we are open and paying attention to the daily happening of our life. We see how the universe constantly and gently shows us the lesson we need to learn. We need these lessons to move to the next level of consciousness, to find the true meaning of life on this plane. To benefit from those nudges, we have to understand we are co-creators of those instances. We attract what we are ready to release granted, with a bit of a stench. We need that gentle stretch, or else we will not expand and leave our comfort zone, much like the athlete who pushes himself to improve his performance. I became aware of such an opportunity for spiritual growth in a situation I encountered recently.

A short while ago, I started working at a restaurant in my neighborhood. I believe this opportunity came about to give me a broader circle of people to interact with, not just my coworkers. On one exceptionally busy evening, with a long waiting line, an incident happened. I could not honor a service we provide to a guest. As a regular customer, he knew what he could get. Consequently, he felt inconvenienced and got upset at me. I do not usually take such a thing personally. However, this time I got hot in the face. Promptly noticing my reaction, I stepped back, maintain my composure, and proceeded to give him an alternative to which he agreed. He was still agitated even after receiving the requested service. Before disengaging, I thanked and blessed him. He ignored it.

This incident had a more profound impact on me than I realized. I was still trying to make sense out of this benign incident the following morning. I decided to meditate on it and, that is when I got this insight.

If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.

Those words from the teaching of one of the great masters, Yeshua Ben Yosef, better known as Jesus, came to me. Probing, deeper I came to understand the following. The interpretation of this Christian Teaching means not to retaliate to oppression. However, my discernment was different. The slap on the cheek is a metaphor for the perception of being wronged or offended, and to turn the other cheek means that we not only refrain from retaliating, but we love the offender.

Why do we need to love the offender?

We expressed love because the offender is just a messenger. We attracted him in our reality to help us move beyond a block that is preventing us from expanding to higher consciousness.  

To be able to Step Up. We need to leave behind old paradigms, beliefs and, the whole stack of old baggage we carry at a conscious or subconscious level. Mostly the subconscious ones. Repressed emotions and trauma need to come up for release. In other words, we need to be thankful to those that trigger us. That does not mean we give away our sovereignty or accept abuse. We will set our boundaries, and on the other hand, the messengers are not to suffer retribution either. They agreed to play an important role in our lives so we can progress on our spiritual path.

In practicality, what do we do?

Acknowledge the trigger, thanked the messenger and, send them love as love is the most powerful tool we have to transmute any energy. Once a trigger is made conscious, it is on its way to being released. Send a prayer of gratitude. Be present, mindful of the changes that are happening in our life. There is no need to dwell in the lower vibration searching for the what or how we got that trigger.

It surfaced, let’s, released it with ease and grace.

Can We Teach an Experience?

We cannot teach an experience. We have to experience it. Looking further in the word experience, we see that it derives from the Latin word experiri, meaning to try. So it is something that requires understanding at a very personal level. So much so is the great human experience. My experience of life as a human being will never be the same as anyone else. Even though there will be similarities, circumstances, and events, my experience will always be mine. I may be able to talk or write about it or even teach my understanding of it as many spiritual teachers and masters have done. However, it will never be yours.

We are Spirit having an experience on the human plane.

“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.

Popularized by the late Wayne Dyer, the above quote expressed a lot about how we define and live our life. It brings about the understanding that life here does not define us. As a Spiritual being, a spark of the source creator of all; we agreed to come to this plane of existence. We chose this specific time to experience this human reality in all its nuances, flavors, and even controversies. To effusively immerse in all the senses, emotions, and other things that only humans can relate to. To fully commit to our soul purpose, we have to experience life. We have to try it. Get the feel of it, and relate it to our level of understanding and feeling. It is something that we cannot delegate to others or other authorities to perform for us. Life as a human is a lesson for the soul. How we learn from life is by experiencing it.

We were taught wrong!

I believe we miss an important aspect in the teaching of the great master before us. It is not that they came to teach us how to experience life but to be and live life the way we are divinely inspired. They were there to give us an example of what happens when we make our own choices. Choices coherent, in harmony with divine cosmic laws. Their teachings were the personification of their: self, truth, and conscious awareness. Whatever self may be for you. Whatever is your level of awareness, uses their guidance, and it will help you have a more meaningful life. Unfortunately, we humans had made religions out of their teaching. We are here to play our role in the present, and the role we play, depending on how well we play it, will shine the light for others to follow, not us, but the path that we are lighting up. A path to a higher expansion of the soul. As the soul expands, the ego will evolve and dissolves duality and judgment. Then, we will be able to see life in this dimension from a different perspective. There is no right or wrong. We are all correct in what we see and interpret as we are all looking at LIFE from a unique vantage point.
