The Human Chakras System

Human Chakras

The human chakras system.

how there are interrelated and affect the individual at all level.

The seven chakras system popularly known in the west is from the Vedic tradition. The Ayurveda, the medical branch of the Vedic society, stipulates that the human body had hundreds of Nadis (channel). Where these channels meet, they form nodes of energy known as Chakra or wheel of energy. Even though we have hundreds of energy centers that perpetually push, transmit, and receive energy from the inside to the outside, and vice versa, we have seven key Chakras. We can locate these powerful vibrating energy centers vertically on the Schusumna (a straight line at the body’s median). The Schusumna originates from the base of the tail bone, at the perineum, to the crown. The seven chakras are responsible for our physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

In this respect, for our holistic health, it is of utter importance that our Chakras are kept open and unblocked. Should one of them be out of balance, depleted of energy, or just blocked, we would quickly notice a direct shift in our physicality. Depending on the one affected and the severity of the condition, symptoms such as pain of various intensity in the body or other health problems may appear. The chakras also influence the mental and spiritual aspects of our life imbalance causes disharmony in these aspects. We may notice symptoms like a lack of confidence or faith in our choices, decisions, path, a loss of passion or sensuality, or a sensation of loneliness or loss of faith.

The way chakras show imbalance is by either spinning faster than usual or ib the opposite direction. Since they are an organized system, an imbalance in one will affect the others. When a chakra is imbalanced, its neighbor will try to compensate its energy flow to bring equilibrium. Soon a chain reaction is triggered, and that will loop over and over until we restore balance. This constant rise and flow in the flux of energy continuously readjusting itself is how a living organism maintains homeostasis. However, if the equilibrium is compromised, the body will start feeling the symptoms we mentioned earlier. Those symptoms are alarms that get our attention, so we slow down, step back, or get help.

The 7 chakras

So what can we do to bring ourselves back into harmony?

Simple changes may be all that is required, provided we listen to our bodies and act appropriately.

For instance, momentarily moving away from the task at hand, taking some deep belly breath, or a little walk down the hall may be the magic potion. On the other hand, a prolonged break or a walk-in nature may be the answer. Other instances may require a change in diet, more exercise, spending more time with loved ones, or take a dance or painting class. Just listen to your body and follow your intuition.

ASk for help

In the instance; where the imbalance is severe, meditation and active visualization may be helpful. Provided you know which chakras are the root cause so you can, focus your attention there. The mentioned technics are very effective, and learning to meditate takes time. The alternative is to have your chakras balance by an Energy Healing Practitioner. One modality that will quickly balance chakras is Reiki. Reiki uses mainly hands positions that send energy directly to chakras.

Thank you all for your comments

  2. Interesting article on the chakras. What are the 7 chakras? How do we balance all 7 chakras? I realize momentarily moving away from the task at hand, taking some deep belly breath and a little walk down the hall may be the magic potion. However, how do we know when we need to work on one or all of our chakras?
Thanks so much for the article and I hope to learn more.

  3. I’ve experienced adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, and was hit with an autoimmune disorder diagnosis. I decided to look at alternative ways of taking care of these things, because I don’t like conventional medicine’s answer. I remember when I was in the hospital being tested for everything under the sun, and I had this incredible urge to pick myself back up again, discover my purpose, pursue my dreams, learn to forgive, and learn to love myself. Also, learn to have more faith in God and life, and that I created everything that had happened to me. If I created it, I knew I could un-create it. I know now that chakras were sending me messages (I think that’s the right way to say that). I feel as if chakras give you the answers to your ultimate healing, if you listen. I don’t know if that’s right or not, but I can’t help but feel that way.

    1. Pamela, Hope you are feeling better now. I see that your illness has brought you to a better awareness and have raised you consciousness vibration. I believe what you felt are not the chakras talking to you, but you were experiencing your inner knowing. Some may call it intuition or gut feeling. Either way, keep listing to it as no one knows better than you what suite you the best. Blessing to you. If you need additional support let me know, I may be able to help

  4. Juan, great post. I am very interested in chakras and enjoyed this very much. Listening to our bodies is key yet of we ignore them. Thanks for this great information.
